Hardware review needed

This section describes functionality specific to the Twenty-One Encoder hardware appliance. Content to be reviewed with the product team before publishing.

If you encounter any issues with Twenty-one encoder, you may generate a diagnostic report by selecting the Diagnostics option under Setup Mouseover. The diagnostic report contains the following:

Information about the system
Configuration of video pipelines
System logs

Once you download the file, please send it to the support team.

When opening a support case with Comprimato support team or your reseller, please include the following details if deemed necessary:

Date/time of issue, please include your time zone
Which pipeline name or ID
Screengrabs of UI
Input and/or output capture
Diagnostics package
In-depth description of the issue encountered
