RTMP(S) output
RTMP(S) output in Twenty-one encoder supports both streams with authentication and without it. The protocol is used for video and audio streaming over the Internet and serves as a bridge between a Flash player and a server.
We support the RTMP(S) output only in H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec. It is also worth mentioning that some services (e.g., YouTube) don’t accept RTMP(S) streams without any audio.
Comprimato Twenty-One Encoder is also mentioned as a Qualified Encoder by Akamai in a list that you can find here.
